DESIGNER’S NOTES
A unique project where the secondary dwelling matches the main residence in inclusions and detailing, yet each maintains its own personality and character through contrasting palettes.

Designed with clarity and intent, this contemporary standalone residence balances spatial efficiency with a considered passive solar orientation. Flexible, interconnected zones flow naturally throughout the home, supporting the evolving lifestyle of a young family, while a generous granny flat provides space for intergenerational living. The layout allows all spaces to adapt effortlessly over time, creating a home that is both functional and inviting for multiple generations.
